How to book an appointment:
- Appointments are booked using the Square Booking scheduling system. Click “Book a Reading” at the top of each page or go to the “Book a Reading” page.
- Please schedule a day in advance, or before 8 AM the same day. I am unable to check requests between normal reading hours of 1 PM to 6 PM and the “Square Booking” system doesn’t accept same day readings after 8 AM.
- If you cannot book via Square Booking on the same day you want a reading, please text a request to me at 818-943-1027. If there’s an opening, I’ll let you know. If you leave a voice message, I will be unable to get to it in time.
A Note to New Clients
PLEASE BOOK THROUGH THE WEBSITE! Any other method of communication to set up an appointment – voice messages, emails or texts – will get you a request from me to book through the website. With a busy reading schedule, I don’t have the option of returning voice messages, emails or texts in a timely manner as most requests require back and forth communication several times before an appointment time and length is agreed upon. I am without a secretary, hence the Square Booking page. Please use it and save time and trouble. Thank you.
Types of Readings
- Please call on time.
- Please call the phone number in your confirmation message for the actual reading. And please be aware Square Booking sends an email to let you know that I got your request, and another email to confirm the request one I’ve approved it. The second one will have the actual information so please look for that.
- Payment can be done in advance through PayPal under my account “email@example.com”, or can be paid at the time of the reading with cash or credit card.
In Person Readings:
UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: In-person readings are unavailable. All readings are by phone until the pandemic crisis passes. Thank you for understanding.
- In-person readings are paid in cash or credit card at the time of the reading, or can be prepaid via PayPal under my account “firstname.lastname@example.org”.
- I will include my address in the notes section of the confirmation email (the second one), however, if I suspect the “in-person” option was chosen by mistake (i.e., your area code is nowhere near Austin), I will follow up with an email asking if “in-person” was intentional. If it was, my address will shortly follow via email to you under separate cover.
- When you arrive, please park in my driveway and wait for me to come to the door. I may be finishing another reading and unable to answer if you arrive early.
- If there is a delay or problem in arriving on time, please text to 818-943-1027. I am unable to check my emails or voice messages when I’m waiting for you at the door.

Cancellation Policy: It is your responsibility to contact me if you will be late or will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If a reading is missed or cancelled at the last minute, please at least have the decency and politeness to apologize and explain. If a scheduled, prepaid reading is missed, the charge can still stand without obligation to refund or reschedule. Rescheduling is at my discretion, depending on the reason. If you are 10 minutes late for an appointment on the phone or in person without letting me know, the reading is canceled and I am free to pull someone from my waiting list to fill the space.
