FACING THE FEAR QUOTIENT
Fear is very high right now. Fear tends to feed itself until it can get out of control. We’re dealing with a massive disruption of our normal routine which puts fear right in front of us. There are runs on food, water, and supplies that decimate store shelves. Our movement is restricted for the higher good: we can’t go out, can’t go to work in many cases, can’t go to school, can’t fly unless we have to, can’t see a movie or live show or sports event. Can’t, can’t, can’t. Everything is canceled.

We’ve all been adjusting to the major energy shift that happened over a week ago, which we continue to feel. It still shows up in everyday things and events that are being perceived with different eyes. Food and drink can taste differently, what we eat now may not be what we could easily digest a week before, driving in familiar areas may now seem unfamiliar. It will balance out, but it’s weird. That happens every time a vibration shifts—our lives are just a little bit different, enough to notice but not enough to significantly interrupt. The way karmic lessons present themselves is to get our attention by being right in front of us in our daily lives, such as: dealing with a boss who is difficult, facing a distasteful task that needs to be done, fixing a misunderstanding in a relationship, not taking care of self. All of those are presented for us to learn something about ourselves by being mirrors for what vibrations we’re putting out.
